Digital Adoption Manager opportunity has opened up with a leading international law firm, looking for a Digital Solutions Design & Adoption Manager to help drive better use of Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled tools, that help support more modern and efficient ways of working across the firm.

This is a great opportunity for a Digital Adoption Specialist who enjoys combining stakeholder engagement, digital adoption, workflow improvement, and emerging technology in a highly visible role within a well-established professional services environment.

The role is based in London with 3 x days/week in the office, paying up to £68,000

As the Digital Solutions Design & Adoption Manager, you will:

• Come from a broad digital adoption, enablement, solutions, or business change background rather than being too narrow in one area; taking a broad, consultative approach
• Lead conversations, workshops, enablement activity, and rollout support in a way that feels credible, practical, and user-focused;
• Build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders in understanding how they work today, where the gaps are, and how technology can better support them;
• Help design and embed practical solutions that improve workflows and encourage better day-to-day use of technology.
• Already have law firm experience or, strong professional services experience
• Have solid experience with Microsoft 365, with exposure to Copilot or similar AI-enabled tools; supporting their adoption in improving collaboration, efficiency, and user experience.
• Spot opportunities for improvement and help the business get more value from its technology;
