Product Manager - LegalTech (AI) 

A fast-growing Legal AI company, is seeking a Product Manager to join a team that is transforming how legal departments operate through building world-class AI products with measurable impact.

As the Product Manager, you will be the expert for your product area, central to delivering intuitive, enterprise-ready products and will:

• Own the roadmap and drive its planning and execution
• Directly influence how legal teams use AI technology.
• Translate complex capabilities into valuable solutions for customers

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, balancing feasibility, impact, and resources.

• Define scalable solutions with strategic thinking and customer empathy.

• Lead kick-off sessions to align scope with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, designers, and legal experts.

• Create and validate early prototypes using tools like Figma.

• Gather and prioritise requirements from customers and research.

• Ensure timely delivery of documentation and configuration.

• Review and approve designs before development begins.

• Sign off on final functionality, UX, and product quality.

• Analyse market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.

• Champion the ethical and transparent use of AI.

Requirements

• A degree in a technical or analytical discipline (2:1 or above).

• 3+ years of experience in product management or consulting.

• Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple initiatives.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.

• A strong technical curiosity and analytical mindset.

• Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software is desirable.
