Document Automation Specialist - Law Firm
Document Automation Specialist opportunity has arisen with a Law Firm for designing, developing, and maintaining automated document templates and workflows for various business processes.
As the document automation specialist will work closely with the business analysts, legal team, and IT department to understand the requirements and specifications, and to ensure the quality and accuracy of the generated documents
This is a hybrid role based in either Birmingham or Northampton, and is paying up to £40,000.
As the Document Automation Specialist you will:
- Design and develop document templates using document automation software and tools, Ideally Contract Express.
- Test and debug document templates and workflows and troubleshoot any issues or errors.
- Document and maintain the specifications, processes, and best practices for document automation projects.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the document automation system and templates.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and usage of the document automation system and templates and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
