Technical Business Analyst (Product, eCommerce, Airline Industry)

Technical Business Analyst is being sought to work on an eCommerce product for the SaaS side of a business, focusing on airline retail solutions. This is an exciting customer facing opportunity for the airline industry, understanding the the customers needs and architecture in order to deliver and integrate complex ecommerce applications as part of the product delivery team.

You will interface with; Product and scrum teams, customers and delivery teams, in a hybrid working model (London or Krakow), with the ability to travel & meet with customers when needed.

As the Technical Business Analyst you will have:

• Worked on eCommerce software/products
• Customer facing experience, facilitating workshops and defining the solutions discovery
• Worked closely with engineering, product and delivery teams
• Technical knowledge to contribute to the solutions architecture and definition of the product (API's and building digital experiences)
• Experience in the airline industry and/or with airline technology
