Recruitment Researcher, Delivery Consultant  - BlackCode

The opportunity…

Due to ambitious growth plans we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Researcher on a permanent basis. 

Working in partnership with the Co-Founders, proactively source and recruit high quality candidates and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process. Provide administrative support, candidate delivery and client account management with resourcing projects.

 Main Duties

  • Review applications, proactively contact and screen candidates to determine their suitability for positions, providing a great candidate experience and advising them on the recruitment process and next steps.
  • Proactively search for candidates aligned to agreed requirements utilising a variety of sources, adverts, job boards, LinkedIn etc.
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
  • Manage candidate relationship and ensure they are provided with relevant feedback regardless of the outcome
  • Work closely with the Co-Founders in the preparation of job strategy
  • Manage and post vacancy advertisements to promote candidate attraction
  • Work with the Recruitment Team to build talent pipelines, developing and maintaining a ‘talent pool’ of potential candidates
  • Ensure the best use of social media to attract talent to the business and increase awareness of our opportunities, your market brand, and our company brand.
  • Contribute to building your Personal and our Employer Brand, driving recognition in the market
  • Support on ensuring all relevant trackers/bots is kept updated
  • Support new and existing recruitment initiatives e.g. events

  • Familiar with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems (We use market leading: Vincere and SourceBreaker)
  • Competent in the use of Boolean Searching
